Winged Victory was founded in 2021 by aerospace engineers from Northrop Grumman, SpaceX, and Skydio together with ML researchers from DeepMind and CMU's Robotics Institute. We make autonomy software because we believed the existing stack wasn't ready for the world drones are about to enter.
We don't build hardware. We make every airframe smarter — the operator's choice of platform should never be locked to a vendor's autonomy stack.
Real flight happens in environments where comms degrade. Every decision our software makes runs on the aircraft, not on a server somewhere.
Autonomy is not magic. We publish our limitations, our failure modes, and our test coverage. Operators deserve to know.
